We were this Thursday, October 18, 2010 to buy a jacket to a funeral. Unfortunately, we did not take our home from the pants that was supposed to go with. The store was well kept and the saleswoman helped us in our choice. The next day, Friday 19, noting that the jacket was not the pants, we returned to reclaim. Once the seller has told us "we never do that, it is not so." We were therefore forced to take another section, despite the commercial law in force (retraction of sale). The amount taken artcile is less than the amount of the jacket, the seller then gave a receipt stating the amount of "disbursement", indicating a monetary claim against us. Bored seller calls his superiors saying that "the customer wants a good" while we have never said that! His superiors told him that the ticket is issued, it should give us money. What the seller has done, ready a compendium of all refund transactions. The last took place again this week! In this context, it is difficult to assign a note to the store. But we're still two stars for the service yesterday.
