  They sold me a phone that proved to be defective, it would get, and was extinguished after a few hours. The customer service claimed that I had damaged, what was wrong, should have been open to cause the damage observed, that I had not done, and I have never been repaid ...

  For confirmation of other comments: THEY never hang up their phone, this could almost be funny for a shop that sells communication .... Team for some fun, for others unpleasant and ineffective .... We must go to every problem there and they will refer to the "call center", which will require you to spend in store .. Belgacom was it so bad ....? Not advise ... Ryton

  Je confirme les avis NEGATIF des autres clients.
  
  xx = poulette sans envergure pour une ville comme Waterloo ou bcp d'expatries y vivent. Ne sais resoudre aucun probleme serieux.
  En plus d'etre tres arrogantes de part sa fonction 'vendeuse'. J'ai visite ce magasin aujourd'hui, 15/04/2011.
