Good restaurant, the decor is a pity that not a little refreshed despite a few strokes of paint that remains antiquated. The kitchen is of good quality and fortunately there's sympathy server Alain raising the level compared to others. But recently, I think it well, and we find much better in the Liege area especially for meat.
I went today for a romantic meal and not of Liège (and not knowing the specialties), we asked for Boulets rabbit sauce. I found it very good but I have no means of comparison. The service was very fast, our server was very friendly despite the coldness of the blonde lady of hospitality. All this for an unbeatable price! The framework was not rotten or super top, I would say it was average but still enjoyable. I think I will return!
Very disappointed too. This restaurant is not the same, it should change its name because it was Always top quality before but now everything is zero, where bcp disappointment and regret. We must now go back to street Guillemins good restaurant-brewery where you prepare the American indoor and where the fish is filleted before you.
At the foot of the Rue St. Gilles, the sign of the restaurant 'The Industry is well known to Liege, and has been for several generations. Terroir Restaurant, serves mostly meat dishes, including filet Americain Minute greatly appreciated. Inviting and opulent, the industry uses image demonstratively hyphens between friends who are the lifeblood of a "good Hostel "which hovers an atmosphere of tradition and well-being, with good values such as hospitality and simplicity. In winter, the early days of cold, one satisfies a well-stocked sauerkraut. At the front of the restaurant, in all seasons, you can even take good Belgian fries?
Disappointed too! I frequent this restaurant for 12 years and it's getting worse and worse! The latest disappointment to date: the lager the pressure is even Belgium!! And it is said to be a restaurant-brewery that serves typical local food? I think I will not go, it's a shame but I prefer to stay on my old memories ...
Has not lived up to their reputation ... As it's already been said above ... Setting neglected, dirty ceiling, map world yellowed with time! I had one wish ... visit the kitchens and then my meal I have not tasted! It is a "Lunch garden" no more! The reception is not great! As stated above ... strain for VAT ... End on the positive ... Fast!
Disappointing. To have attended faithfully since its rebirth and recommended that visitors Liege as a reference, I do not hesitate to criticize sharply today. Cleanliness, hospitality, quality, completely disappeared! The best fries Liege? FINISHED! Besides the flat oscillating any grade to poor reception became frankly limit. For a while, you feel that you would accept your presence and your money, then there just for pleasure. I returned in December 2010 with friends who had enjoyed French, three years ago, during a visit to Liege. We could not hide our disappointment at the greatest indifference of the lady who served us. If the decor is intact, the soul is gone. This property will be avoided as long as there is no categorical shift from management and staff. Without the remarkable quality that made his reputation, the décor outdated place loses its charm and becomes dirty and ugly. It's a shame. I recommend, now and until proven guilty, this establishment to all who will listen.
As a band of hungry students, we would search every Friday noon, the delicious fried-rabbit sauce until recently: we do not go longer due to the cold reception, unpleasant, sometimes the limits of vulgarity the pretty waitress entry (which we always gave the impression that our presence annoyed him deeply). Too bad, because their sauce rabbit is by far the best of all the chip shops of Cork!
we will never set foot in this restaurant, and God knows we love to go, but it has lost its cachet. Of course, those who have not experienced the industry 25-30 years ago or even three years ago, have no basis for comparison. But ask those who swore by "the Industry ": it all Disenchantment
Tony Chênée the home while the owner was present, no hello from him and not smile. I went with my wife and unfortunately the last two years, new boss, tasteless food. We asked two mussels with "garlic and we had very little to ceteris mussels, fries crisp and not no atmosphere. Yet I visit often at earlier stages, but it was the last time. Another good cooking that disappears.

Je connais cette enseigne depuis environ dix ans et malheureusement la qualité des plats et surtout du service se sont dégradés au cours des ans…Dommage !
