Best noodle soup (vegetarian artisanal soups) for me! I totally disagree with most of the comments that the food is not fresh - I sat downstairs there at lunch when it was quiet and we saw the people make the noodles, cook them and prepare the soup, so it is totally fresh and delicious. Plus, it is cheap (8euros the vegetarian lo mein soup). I went two days in a rown :)

The menu has 2 options for the noodles: homemade (artisanales) or not, so maybe the people who wrote the negative reviews did not chose the artisanal ones.

Absolutely fantastic, the best noodles i have ever had, they are made the minute you order them, it's fabulous to see so much skill, and the result is delicious.

Wonderful homemade noodles and and a very tasty chicken noodle soup. Only downside is that this place is a victim of its success. It is incredibly busy on Friday/Saturday nights which slows down service. Go early or go mid-week.

Had the shrimp with artisanal noodles. Good and tastey meal! Will go back for sure again and again! It is definitely a little gem hidden in the City Centre of Bxl!
