Finally a good hairdresser, I have done several in Brussels, and I finally found the right one. Michael, asked me what I wanted, I suggested to him that I wanted something that changes, other hairdressers lacked boldness. I am delighted and emerged with a new head. I strongly recommend. :)
I am now four times already and I've always come back with a great coupe (I've actually been compliments received from total strangers on the street!). I've always been very well received, although in French, but that is Brussels. I'm so glad I finally have found a good hair salon! And that's saying something, because I have almost a phobia suffered by some other hair stylists in the past with my hair done.
3 weeks ago with another hairdresser and this time I was really unhappy. I had constant requests to a different color to measure than the one who I previously was provided and the hair cut this time was successful. Every day I could barely in the mirror. My hair was not sure what all the other times was never done and it looked dull. The color was also unsuccessful. I looked like a pale lilac color failure with occasional streamers of hair and a too long left fringe of my face and skin color completely bad had come out, I wanted to cry. So I sit noses to the Internet and voila, through this site I'm on this really good barbershop in Brussels cases. Last Thursday, the info found on the Internet and Friday morning to obtain an appointment for the day to come. I was immediately taken in hand, was patiently listened to me, were there my colors presented which I quickly my liking in thought and was degrade corrected. I come out with a radiant perfectly cut Kopke and this in a record period since the person optional perfectly on each other's response. Here I come definitely back. the language is french for the whole team comes from France but also make do in English and they are super friendly and profession optional.
I went to another hairdresser there have 3 weeks. The day after this visit I became more and more convinced that the color you suggested and had me cut my hair was not successful. My hair had become dull sheen has disappeared, color not very relevant and the Cutting ... I felt that some parts were forgotten. Then, I found the info's on this web site and picked up the phone. I quickly got an appointment and a friendly staff greeted me. Immediately we me listened, watched and advised and the result is magnificent. My color is what I wanted, cut very well corrected for the gradient was poorly done at the hairdresser's before and is undergoing repairs. And I am quite conquered. I come back with pleasure!
Never again. The worst experience I have ever had in a salon in any city.
Stylist was half an hour late.
I was not offered anything to drink or a magazine to read.
The hair-wash lasted 2 minutes and I was then left sitting without a towel with my wet hair soaking into my back - I was ready to leave at this point.
The cut was not exactly what I asked for and I found the stylist aggressive as he pushed my head around a lot.
He left me to talk to other customers or answer the phone all the time even though there were stylists standing around not working.
During the blow-dry, the stylist twice ripped my earring out of my ear, without apologizing and even getting annoyed at me the second time it happened.
When I got home, I found a strand of hair much longer than the rest of my hair, that the stylist had forgotten about and which I of course had to cut myself.
Never again.
I went two times because I was looking for a new hairdresser in the center, in a small room, something intimate and relaxing. I had enough TONY & GUY or cutting is great, but the atmosphere a little too nighclubb and fashion. Finally, the first experience here left me a nice cut but the general reception was frosty, the hairdresser seemed hyper stressed and do not put me at ease and made me wait several times. The second time was worse in my time by appointment, they ask me come back in 40 minutes! I accept the situation with a smile because it was apparently an electrical problem that had pushed the schedule. Or was it a lack of organization. On my return, I was right to stress the hairdresser, a botched cut, with very little regard. In short a great lack of professionalism. I guess it's like everything good and beautiful lounge. It's a little lottery. In short, with me again. They are grilled. A little more heat, guys. Fashion, it's not always know how to draw the mouth. ;-)
I went into this show read the recommendations on this site. I was extremely disappointed by both the host (delay, sighs, no coffee, forgetting to offer newspapers ...), not exceptional living tips and especially 0, no exchange with the client. I was supported by a hairdresser who sent the cup 10min, a simple square and did not stop criticizing the work of the previous hairdresser. Patrons may enjoy a preferential treatment? A very bad experience for me, living largely overstated in my opinion.
cold, dirty room with outdated products and very poor service. people understand that this "hip" it! went to my compartment and staining NOTHING. Moreover, the price was scandalous and I want to spend on something very good hairdresser, but NOT to the hairdressers. Choose to sound hip with great skill and no gestures!
I went there a few times, suggested it also to my friends who also went. The guy who cuts hair is very talented- you can see from the cutting technics he has. But what an attitude they all have! You feel like they are doing you a favor cutting your hair and they are totally bored to be working there!!!!
also after asking me a few times where I was working, they obviously decided that I earn a lot...so after paying the same 70 e every time, I suddenly had to pay 82. When I asked why they said because the prices of the colours goes up 2 times per year but they only raise their prices once-so they are even doing us a favor! It made me wonder if they ask 12e extra each year only for the colour, where will their prices end up....
But unfortunately, one week later I took a friend of mine there who does not speak french very well. She did exactly what I had done and....surprise, surprise- she only paid 70e (yes she did have her hair coloured)! They did not know where she works and apparently they forgot that they had aksed me for more money one week before!
And if they tell you you can have your fringe refreshed for free without making an appointment- think twice before going or call- they might throw you out like they did with me cos they had no time!!!but they did not give me an appointment either- i had to stop by another day and they would see if they had time then..
To finish, I was quite satisfied with the result, but I cannot accept this kind of arrogant behavior and I prefer to try a new hairdresser every time, until I find a good one, than go to these guys again. And what is the base for their arrogance I would very much like to know-it is the clients who make or break a business- someone should inform them!
