Very good Home, Fast Service and more the rates have changed a lot now BOLO normal is only 5 € Stoemp of the day at 10 € and all the desserts to choose 5 € not seen since the euro which surprise last Sunday when I'm going to have a good time with my wife and my children when I received the bill I urge everyone
this restaurant is and remains not only the "place to be" du Chatelain, but also where there is a real conviviability, staff cheerful, friendly and always at your service with a little something nice for you to make the most momenrt pleasant as possible. And more are served not only the best of bolo Brussels but also all the other tasty dishes with a lot of flavor. Do and redo it!
I do not like this restaurant, with the exception of its good location and nice terrace. The dish I received was extremely fat, look appetizing and bad. I have not touched my plate (after taste) but nobody is worried, or the servers or the chef. Are they used? Not even a "do it no more?" .... In short, food and poor service! Never again!!
Frankly not dreadful. While the setting is very nice but the food is borderline inedible depending on what you choose. The first time I was there it was not bad, duo boots and other Belgian specialties, it goes, but there for a 5 table, everyone has trouble eating. Steak tartare minute, certainly, but served without the ingredients for the seasoning to taste, so we eat raw meat and nothing else. Pasta, the trio to flee, tasteless, bland and tasteless, and bolo idem. The house wine is served at a cheap 21 euros. They refused the bottle and asked something right, we were served a St Emilion slightly less bad but very limited for 32 euros. really bad overall.

Hello, It is by chance, passing the famous Macaroon, I discovered a new management had taken over control! So I tried ... Nothing to do with the last comments I found here! Tasty food, cooked pasta minute and a smiling and very friendly ... I add that my surprise was even greater when I learned that it was Thierry Van Damme and his partner had resumed this property (for those who do not see: the Six Pillars boss at Waterloo, the Brasserie de l'Alliance Eigenbrakel, the Brasserie du Lac in Genval and the famous Little Bridge to Uccles ...) So I advise everyone not to hesitate to return, it's worth it ... :-)
