I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to any seafood lover as it was a very disappointing dining experience for me.
Well, for starters, the restaurant has been operating since 1963 and the furniture hasn't been changed since then. The chair was very uncomfortable and the decor was just horrible.
Service was pretty bad - we waited for 15 mins to get the order of the drinks and the table which arrived after us were being served already. The waiters had a bad attitude as well which really put me off.
Portions of the starters and main courses were very small.. plus the main dishes were not accompanied by vegetables or potatoes. Only extremely dry bread was served with it.
So far, it's the first and only restaurant I've been to in the area of san catherine and there's no doubt that there are much better restaurants around!!
Restaurant banal and sad, unfriendly staff. Two entries: relatively warm oysters in champagne saw the sickening amount of melted cheese on it, then half a lobster with herbs / garlic for my husband served in a Pyrex dish balanced on a flat stainless ridiculous as Mr. Jodenville above regarding to me half a lobster Armorican bathed in too much sauce mixed with rice, a little pope raised the drinking of a burgundy good price but not great. a score of 180 euros that we really regretted as the meal.
A bottle of champagne and two lobsters 500gr for my wife and me, satisfied customers for over 15 years. 1st Serve lobster correct but dry and brown in the legs. The swimming has changed and turned into a thick mud and tasteless. 2nd service, incredible but true, served both to my wife for me, in a Pyrex dish balanced on a flat steel. Change leadership, ownership or collective madness? All for 160 euros ... a straw for the meal highly unpleasant ...
Home very cold, tiny table for 2 in a small corner service indifferent rating was over 70 euros for a pot of mussels in white wine and a plate of mussels with garlic (the latter served as input then about 12 mussels) 2 bland and insipid, 1 / 2 bottle of wine and 2 desserts. Do not go, there are other wonderful restaurants, with a warm welcome, an extra kitchen and significantly less expensive, we had the chance to be spoiled but elsewhere the next day! No star would be closer to the truth.
