Original map based offal, efficient kitchen, bistro ambiance successful. The whole is unfortunately serviced by disastrous (at least when I'm gone). We were four and have consumed more than 100 euros per person . The boss refused to divide the notes 4 that two of us are paying by credit card. Not only is it the first time I see this in a restaurant, but it was the first time I see customers so much despised by a boss ("but sir I did not explain why I do not want, I'm still doing what I want in my restaurant"). Morality, bring cash or, better going elsewhere.

At lunch time when you pass the crowd waiting for a delicious sandwich in the front room of the Viva M'Boma, you enter the restaurant room which is really bright and pleasant. The speciality of the house is offals and giblets but they also cook excellent Belgian dishes. I really appreciated being there to discover new tastes like the cow udder carpaccio. It is so delicious I don't understand why other restaurants don't have it on the menu.
