This is the third time I crack for sushi shop Sablon, namely, that I deliver to the office. It is also almost a year since I am literally addicted to the sushi shop in the Avenue Louise, in spite disadvantages (listed elsewhere on this site and unfortunately, mostly justified). But while I flirted with an overdose of sushi shop (see sushi at all), I really enjoyed myself this afternoon, with a tray à la carte, for ten euros only and delivered in 20 minutes. fresh, fun, creative and diverse ... I particularly recommend the california sunset, with orange segments and fresh pacific california, philadelphia and the salmon tartare. Of course, do not take the sushi shop for what is not. It is the "fast food" to eat on the go or take it away. Viewpoint portfolio, the addition is quite reasonable, especially compared with other Japanese restaurant. Do not make the mistake of order too: 2x 6 rolls + salad; quite adequate and it brings the addition of a ten euro. Not every lunchtime but occasionally, it changes the old sandwich or pasta salad!

For the first time since I am on CityPlug, I return to one of my review: once very satisfied with the service and product Sushishop, today I am shocked (!) By their lack of professionalism. Let me explain: - second price increase in less than 1 year -> to 6 small maki lawyer: 4.20 € - rice is hot - delivery, announced the order within 45 minutes, took the last 3 times more than 1h15: when ordering the lunch time is a delay that counts! I see a rush when mismanaged, it can happen but as already mentioned, it has become routine, be it sandy or Louise, where the waiting time is excessive, whether at table , take away or delivery. the Sushishop, for me it's over! especially since there are now other fusion sushi restaurant chains, which offers similar quality at prices much more reasonable!

This restaurant / take-away has opened up the Sablon. To test this, I took one evening two kinds of sushi to go, and a seaweed salad. The sushi was dry and without much taste, the fish with flavor. The salad "algae" was mostly made false flaps molded gelatin to pretend, and dyed green fluorescent equivalents. The set was really not good at all.

Unfortunately the quality is uneven and the service unsympathetic. 1:30 after waiting for a delivery announced within 45 minutes, we had no right to justification or excuse and still have to wait 30 minutes! unfortunate that the sign rests on its laurels and the customer is so little regarded.

Good if you are looking for a quick carry out, I've always found the rolls and salads to be incredibly fresh. A bit on the pricy side (box, salad, soup, and fruit cup is about 25 eur!).
I recommend the salmon sushi or sashimi box and the seaweed salad. The fruit selection is limited, but I do enjoy the mango fruit salad. For such basic selection I wish the prices were lower, then I would for certain eat here more often.
