I buy my clothes at H & M, but the last one and a half years, it's anything that ca be in the quality or style, h & m, that we must learn, they still have the same collection Does a year ago, wooooooo not talking about the jacket that comes out frankly hummmmm yet knows No matter what, and clothing are even worth the price not even serious!

COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT'S NEW STREET I used to buy in your store. I came today to the "radius child" and I, unfortunately for you, given up my purchases and three other clients, behind me, after more than 15 minutes of waiting. The cause: one of your employees has closed his case, tipped with his colleague clients to put order in their hangers. His colleague saw his file to lengthen, asked him to open his box. Response "From my hangers!"! I believe that customer is entitled to a proper service and also to respect. It is a pity to lose money in your company and customers time because of incidents like this I hope that your instructions will be given in this direction Thank you and good day

I have done my shopping in January 2011 when l = balances at H / M for me and my girls we're not disappointed one must know how to wash them not to throw in the machine with any temperature it ca se deteriorates faster than normal I like the brand

I find the clothes at H & M really beautiful but the price is not reasonable ... I think just pull are much like jeans for instance, they are expensive but the first wash they are not even used it are only good for the trash (the price of the accessories is much too high and on top of that they are not good for some (shoes ,...)
