We have had a really bad experience with the Delta Lloyd agency at Schuman (Rue Archimede). Renegotiating our mortgage with them has been an eight-month nightmare with double-charging, un-returned phone calls and cancelled appointments. It seems that communication within this branch and between them and their head office has broken down completely.
Hi, I also had problems with this agency! I was a victim of fraudulent charges on my account. I was assured that I would be refunded. I waited for a year when I returned six times to check on my case: they told me every time not to worry, they could not reach the seat but that 'They keep me informed, They did, however, never sent any mail, or even given by new Deltaweb. Finally they sent me an email to tell me that there was a communication problem between the agency and headquarters, and it was too late to reimburse me unless I filed a complaint at the headquarters .. Hello, I see that I am not alone in having problems with this bank. We were also cheated with a product we've sold: dividends due not rendered, withholding removed twice. I had a very bad experience with this agency and I can say that our contracts manager is incompetent and dishonest (I still have e-mails in support) and that management supports its staff without taking penalty to their mistakes. In short, we were defrauded of more than 1000 EUR!
Unfortunately, I have also had a very similar unpleasant experience with my mortgage loan. Especially the head of this branch is a very incompetent and rude person. They deny responsibility even for what they write in their own letters (oups, sorry just sent by mistake, but so what). They may look less expensive but better think twice before any contract with them. The headquarters did not care much about my letter of complaint.

I actually had a rather positive experience. The difference is maybe that I'm an independant? When I asked for a loan, the rate was very competitive and the file only took 2 months from compromis to signature. Maybe the agency is more oriented towards independants and companies?
