We went with a group of young people to discover Belgian specialties. At dinner, we were not disappointed, although the menu was a bit expensive given what we got. But the service is poor and staff, as the owner, is very bad faith. Bothered by smoke a cigar from a customer installed outside, they initially denied: "No, I do not see smoking outside," then refused to close the window and we were not offered to move us in the back of the room ... In addition, the price of mineral water is really excessive: 4.20 € the 1 / 2 liter of water (since they are no tap water ...). Finally, I agree with the previous opinion: if you're used to, everything is fine, but for the passing tourist, hospitality is not there.

The Kapiteintje is an institution in the Saint Catherine. The front daubed in yellow and white (because the parton is a supporter of the Union St. Gillis) already makes this key kitsch found very quickly inside. Ideal for "an evening game," the restaurant has a large back room to accommodate fans eager to have a drink and a bite to eat. Brasserie simple, not always at the top. The evening peak, the kitchen is boiling steadily, not easy to achieve perfect dishes in these conditions. Outside night football, I rarely go, but rather a good place to talk of older people. The service is average really. If you are a regular, it will be well received if it is a client of way, probably a little worse. This tavern has many qualities that defects but it has the merit of being unique in Brussels.
